Yes. There will be a registration table for all ‘SHIN DIGgers’ s to sign in and get their name tag and raffle ticket for door prizes throughout the day.
There will be volunteers ensuring all attendees have a registered name
badge in order to enter.

Breakfast, Lunch, and two coffee breaks is provided with your ticket purchase the day of the event.

Breakfast will be served from 6:30-8:45am with doors to the event space opening at 8am for General Seating.

Good News, NO. Canmore is located just minutes outside the Banff National Park area and hence dose not require vehicles to have or display a current Park Pass.

However, attendees and visitors wanting to venture into Banff for outings and activities will require a pass to be displayed inside the vehicle.

There will be plenty of free underground parking at the hotel as well as street parking directly out front. If there is need for overflow parking, a recreation facility called ‘Elevation Place’ is on the other side of the creek with a boardwalk and bridge for easy walking access.

It is recommended that you either wear layered clothing or bring a light sweater or jacket for varying comfort levels, as well as a notebook and writing instrument. But most importantly please bring an open-heart, eager mind, and your beauty, wit, energy and charm.

Unfortunately for planning purposes and limited seating there will be NO REFUNDS made available. However, if you need to transfer a registration to another guest simply email [email protected] and we will accommodate the name change.
